All orders are carefully packaged and dispatched within 1–2 business days.

During launches, sales, or busy periods, processing times may extend by 1–3 business days.

All NZ orders are shipped with NZ Post and include tracking.


Standard Shipping

 

Urban Standard: $7 NZD

Delivery: 2–5 business days


Rural Standard: $10 NZD

Delivery: 3–7 business days (rural delays apply)

 

Express Shipping


Urban Express: $10 NZD

Delivery: 1–2 business days


Rural Express: $14 NZD

Delivery: 2–4 business days



Rural delivery charges are automatically applied based on your address.

Order Tracking


A tracking link will be emailed to you as soon as your order leaves our studio.

 

Pre-Orders


If your order contains a pre-order item, all items will be shipped together once the pre-order item is ready.

To receive in-stock items sooner, please place separate orders.

 

Customs, Duties & Taxes


International customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties applied by their country upon arrival.

 

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Parcels


Once your parcel has been handed to NZ Post, it becomes the responsibility of the carrier.

If your parcel is delayed, missing, or arrives damaged, please contact us at [your email] and we’ll assist with the NZ Post claim process.


Incorrect Addresses


Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are unable to replace or refund orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address.
